Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed in our warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive at most U.S. addresses (continental United States).
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories may take longer.
Damaged or Opened Packages We inspect and seal every package before shipping to ensure your multi-vitamins and supplements arrive in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged or opened package:
- The carrier (USPS or UPS) is responsible for safe transit of sealed packages.
- Please contact the carrier directly (USPS or UPS) to file a claim, as they only accept claims for sealed packages.
- You can also reach out to our customer support team with your order number and photos of the damage.
- If your claim with the carrier is approved, we will gladly provide store credit or a replacement (subject to stock availability).
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS or UPS.
Missing or Delivered Package Policy
Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (e.g., USPS), it is considered successfully delivered.
At this point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend that you:
- Check your mailbox and any parcel lockers
- Look around your delivery location or safe drop areas
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details
In many cases, packages are found after completing these steps.
Reporting a Missing Item
If an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To investigate your claim, we require the following:
- A clear photo of all items received
- A photo of the package, including the shipping label
- Confirmation that you have checked your surroundings and with neighbors
Claims without this information may not be processed.
Investigation Process
All claims are reviewed carefully using:
- Shipping and dispatch records
- Packing verification
- Shipment weight and logistics data
We reserve the right to deny claims if the provided information is incomplete, inconsistent, or indicates potential misuse.
Resolution
If your claim is verified, we may offer one of the following solutions:

- Partial refund

RETURN POLICY
If you're not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, we want to make it right! Please email info@balancex.shop within 15 days of order receipt and we will be happy to help you with a return, exchange or replacement.
